Partnerships & Business Development Manager

Job overview

The Partnerships & Business Development Manager role is onsite in Seattle, WA. Compensation is $75,000–$90,000 per year, with quarterly commissions based on quantitative and qualitative results. The role supports Gameloft’s Strategic Partnership team and its work with key distribution partners. The manager strengthens partner relationships and identifies opportunities to grow the business. By coordinating merchandising, analyzing commercial performance, and working across internal teams, the role informs publishing decisions and contributes to revenue and KPI objectives.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with key distribution partners
• coordinate storefront merchandising from negotiation and planning through execution and post-mortems
• analyze partner data, commercial performance, and market trends
• identify growth opportunities, new markets, and potential partners
• prepare and deliver QBRs, analyses, and proposals
• collaborate with Publishing, Production, Marketing, and Business Intelligence.
