Entry-Level Family Law Attorney

What you'll do

• Maintain organized client files and case records
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, proposed orders, and other family law documents
• assist with matters involving division of marital assets
• represent clients in hearings and proceedings as experience and responsibility grow
• analyze legal and practical issues and develop case strategies with the legal team
• communicate with clients and help move cases from intake through resolution.
