What you'll do

• Support company-wide quality strategy
• oversee receiving, in-process, final, testing, and source inspections
• investigate nonconformances and manage corrective actions
• address customer complaints
• coordinate recovery plans with engineering and operations
• maintain the quality issue log and report status
• oversee measurement-device calibration
• maintain QMS procedures and work instructions
• manage internal audits and support third-party audits
• support quality certifications and customer and supplier quality activities
• lead the Torrance quality team
• analyze performance data and communicate across the organization.
