The Caregiver role is onsite in Lexington, Massachusetts, providing in-home, non-medical assistance and companionship. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour. Assisting Hands Home Care supports seniors and individuals who need help remaining comfortable and independent in their homes. The caregiver helps clients with companionship, personal care, daily activities, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and reminders for self-administered medications. The role follows each client’s individualized service plan and supports independence, dignity, and well-being.
