What you'll do

• Set up and operate automated and semi-automated surface-mount equipment
• run pick-and-place machines and reflow ovens
• perform printed circuit board assembly
• load feeders and verify component placement
• inspect boards for quality and IPC standards compliance
• assist with hand soldering and rework as needed
• maintain electrostatic discharge, safety, and quality protocols
• and troubleshoot minor machine or production issues.
