What you'll do

• Operate and set up or break down the dishwashing area
• wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, trays, utensils, and food-preparation equipment by machine or by hand. Maintain sanitizer and dish-machine temperature logs and change dishwater as required. Store and sort clean items
• clean work areas and equipment, wipe spills, sweep and mop floors, clean mats, and empty garbage. Assist with clearing and resetting counters or tables and attend required meetings and training.
