The Broadband Project Manager role is onsite in Pauma Valley, CA. Compensation is not specified. The position supports the Pauma Band of Mission Indians’ Fiber-to-the-Home infrastructure initiative, a grant-funded project planned to deliver an approximately 42-mile underground network serving about 397 locations over 24 months. The manager represents the Tribe in day-to-day project coordination and monitors delivery across engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and optimization. The role helps keep partners accountable, maintain grant and project records, coordinate Tribal input, and ensure the Tribe’s priorities, sovereignty, cultural values, and community needs are represented.

What you'll do

• Serve as the Tribe’s day-to-day counterpart to project management and owner’s representatives
• attend project meetings
• maintain project information, decisions, deadlines, and next steps
• review deliverables and invoices
• monitor schedules and milestones
• track project risks and delays
• prepare briefings for Tribal leadership
• coordinate permitting, cultural resources, grant reporting, reimbursement requests, and community outreach.
