What you'll do

• Assist with quantity take-offs, unit pricing, cost comparisons, and detailed estimates
• manage subcontractor lists and contacts
• research products and suppliers
• maintain estimating databases and records
• conduct site visits and analyze historical cost data
• reconcile estimates against prior projects
• coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
• support bid development and estimate reviews
• update project files and cost-monitoring systems.
