What you'll do

• Oversee operations for multiple assisted living communities
• coach and support Executive Directors
• conduct community visits and develop improvement plans
• monitor budgets, labor, census, and financial performance
• analyze reports and implement corrective actions
• promote person-centered resident care
• oversee regulatory compliance, quality assurance, survey readiness, infection prevention, and resident satisfaction
• develop and retain leadership teams
• support onboarding, training, succession planning, and transitions
• partner with sales and marketing to improve occupancy and reputation
• support outreach and new community openings or acquisitions as assigned.

Why this role
