The Cabin Attendant role is onsite in Bend, OR. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour; after a successful 90-day probationary period, full-time employees may be eligible for an increase to $20.00 per hour based on performance and business needs. Doppelmayr USA operates and maintains the OHSU and City of Portland Aerial Tram. The attendant operates the tram cabin, supports passenger boarding and access, and follows safety and evacuation procedures. The role contributes to safe, orderly tram operations and a positive passenger experience.

What you'll do

• Operate the tramway from within the cabin
• perform preoperational checks of controls
• facilitate passenger boarding and assist passengers
• check tickets and passes
• clean cabins and stations and perform light maintenance
• carry out safety and evacuation procedures
• log trip data
• greet passengers, make announcements, answer questions, and provide directions
• assist with CPR/First Aid when necessary
• train, mentor, coach, or assist new employees.
