What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations
• develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
• design and adjust Applied Behavior Analysis interventions
• collect and analyze progress data
• maintain clinical documentation and reports
• educate and support parents and caregivers
• collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals and coordinate psychiatric supports as needed
• supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and direct support staff
• use de-escalation techniques in crisis situations
• complete daily, monthly, and quarterly clinical notes.
