Substitute Group Fitness Instructor / Health Fitness Specialist

The Substitute Group Fitness Instructor / Health Fitness Specialist role is onsite in Birmingham, AL. Compensation is $20–$30 per hour. What you'll do

• Teach onsite group exercise classes with activities suited to different fitness levels and follow safety guidelines.
• Supervise the fitness center and answer member questions related to health, fitness, and wellbeing.
• The role may assess member health status, provide individualized exercise or wellness recommendations, and conduct orientations.
• Build professional rapport with members and help clean equipment and facility areas as needed.
