Laboratory Technician, Production & Stimulation Delivery

The Laboratory Technician, Production & Stimulation Delivery role is onsite in Strasburg, OH, with compensation of $18–$22 per hour. The technician supports safe, efficient, and reliable Production & Stimulation Delivery services to customers. The role exists to support high-quality service delivery through laboratory testing, technical documentation, and input on additive selection and fluid design. Collaboration with client support labs, operating locations, product centers, and the repository helps coordinate service work and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Perform laboratory testing and quality assurance
• prepare laboratory reports before wellsite service delivery
• maintain, clean, and calibrate equipment
• ensure proper waste disposal
• build competency in additive selection and fluid design
• prepare technical presentations
• conduct routine laboratory audits and pre-task risk assessments
• support engineers and product champions
• participate in service quality meetings and improvement plans
• follow HSE policies, use required PPE, and maintain safety training.
