The General Manager, SMB Managed Services Solutions role is onsite in Nashua, NH, with a stated annual compensation range of $220,000–$290,000, including base salary and variable bonus. Rightworks provides managed IT and applications for accounting firms and small businesses. This leader owns the new business line’s strategy, execution, and results, building and scaling the commercial operation to acquire, onboard, and grow small and midsize business customers. The role is accountable for profit and loss, go-to-market decisions, sales pipeline, team development, and coordination across product, marketing, finance, and operations.

What you'll do

• Own the business line’s profit and loss
• define and execute go-to-market strategy, including target verticals, ideal customer profile, pricing, and packaging
• build and scale the business and team
• drive sales and pipeline development
• make decisions on product positioning, partnerships, and market entry
• coordinate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
• analyze competitive wins and losses, validate vertical markets, identify product and service gaps, and report progress to executive leadership.
