What you'll do

• Advise clients on intellectual property licenses and collaborations
• support strategic M&A, NewCo formations, and carve-out transactions
• draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements involving IP, technology, and data
• handle life sciences and healthcare manufacturing, supply, distribution, and other commercial agreements
• advise on data rights, AI, and digital health
• address legal and regulatory issues
• collaborate across teams and manage multiple matters.
