Spa Attendant

What you'll do

• Greet guests and assist with inquiries and directions
• offer refreshments, towels, and amenities
• maintain a calm environment
• clean and stock treatment rooms, lounges, saunas, steam rooms, pools, locker rooms, showers, restrooms, and common areas
• set up and break down treatment rooms
• assist therapists and reception staff with guest flow
• handle laundry
• restock retail displays and inventory
• follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
• attend training and team meetings
• provide feedback to management
• maintain grooming and uniform standards.
