Continuing Education Facilitator

The Continuing Education Facilitator role is onsite in Davis, CA. Pay is $21–$25 per hour, and the daily schedule is 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST, with availability for some evening and weekend class hours. Veterinary Information Network serves a community of veterinary professionals and provides online continuing education. The facilitator supports the design, preparation, and delivery of online courses, helping instructors and participants use the learning platform and resolve technical issues. The role also tracks participation and outcomes and works with education, technology, and member-service teams to improve course offerings and delivery.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop online courses and materials
• assist instructors with course preparation, logistics, and training on the real-time classroom environment
• provide technical assistance to instructors
• support participants by phone and email
• track registration, attendance, feedback, and learning outcomes
• work with education managers to expand courses
• coordinate with technology and other departments to improve course delivery.
