What you'll do

• Prepare basic to moderately complex Forms 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, and 1065
• provide client tax services including personal property tax, extensions, estimated payment vouchers, and tax notices
• research client questions and tax issues
• compare returns with tax projections
• participate in workflow planning
• maintain organized electronic workpapers and records
• coordinate with clients and internal departments
• use tax and workflow software
• analyze unaudited financial statements for tax adjustments
• complete assigned returns within deadlines
• assist department colleagues during tax season.
