Pharmacist — Outpatient Pharmacy

• Review and dispense prescriptions accurately
• evaluate medication selection, dosage, interactions, contraindications, and allergies
• counsel patients on medication use and adherence

• maintain medication security and controlled-substance controls
• support medication safety, quality assurance, and infection-control initiatives.

Why this role
