What you'll do

• Lead and apply regional reliability engineering strategies to improve equipment performance, uptime, and maintenance cost effectiveness across multiple cement plants.
• Monitor equipment health using condition monitoring technologies, analyze reliability data and KPIs, and translate insights into actionable maintenance plans.
• Facilitate root cause and reliability failure analyses for equipment, process, quality, and production issues.
• Collaborate with plant maintenance teams to optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support facilities in implementing maintenance and reliability programs.
