What you'll do

• Own proposal and qualification responses from request through submission, including RFPs, RFQs, bid references, and statements of qualifications
• draft, edit, and assemble tailored content
• maintain reusable proposal resources
• support interview and presentation preparation
• manage social media and external communications
• maintain brand standards and monitor engagement
• coordinate marketing files, requests, vendors, internal communications, workflows, and budget
• support events, community communications, and safety materials.
