Rehabilitation Technician – Evening Shift

What you'll do

• Attend to patient needs according to treatment plans and support patient safety
• assist with activities of daily living and transfers
• maintain patient activity levels
• transport patients to appointments as needed
• provide medication assistance when applicable
• document care and promptly communicate urgent matters
• facilitate patient visits as needed.
