Compensation is $23–$31 per year. The Food & Beverage Manager is an onsite position located in Wilkes-Barre, PA. as a fixed annual salary, with an hourly range of $22.70 - $30.60. This role supports the store leadership team in overseeing food and beverage operations. The role exists to ensure food and beverage operations run efficiently and consistently. The manager works alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to deliver a fresh, efficient, and customer-focused experience.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of food and beverage programs.
• Drive food service sales and hit performance goals.
• Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing.
• Deliver training for Customer Service Associates.
• Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep.
