What you'll do

• Support attorneys throughout litigation
• draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery materials, subpoenas, and other legal documents
• manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and litigation databases
• coordinate document production and review
• conduct legal research and factual investigations
• prepare trial materials and deposition summaries
• coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial logistics
• communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors
• assist with probate and trust administration and related documents as needed
• e-file in state and federal courts.

Why this role
