The Sales-Driven Licensed Esthetician role is in person in the Mesa/Gilbert, AZ area, with base pay plus commission and stated earning potential of $5,000–$15,000 or more per month based on performance. AURA Cosmetic Clinics is a medspa focused on client experience and skincare results. The esthetician provides skincare treatments and guides clients toward suitable treatment packages and products. The role combines client care with consultations and sales goals to support ongoing skin plans and clinic performance.

What you'll do

• Perform professional skincare treatments, including facials and advanced services
• build client relationships and provide a luxury experience
• recommend and sell treatment packages and skincare products
• follow clinic sales systems and consultation structure
• work toward daily and monthly sales targets
• educate clients on long-term skin plans
• maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation.

Why this role

Requires a valid Arizona Esthetician License and strong sales ability. Sunday–Thursday, 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., and Friday, 9:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; full-time, six days per week, with Sunday required. Microneedling, lasers, chemical peels, dermaplaning, HydraFacial, and red LED therapy are preferred, not required.
