The Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is an onsite, full-time home-care position in the Greenacres, FL service area and surrounding communities, listed in Lake Worth, FL. The role contributes to continuity of care by documenting services and reporting changes in client condition to the supervising nurse.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• provide light housekeeping and laundry support
• assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
• monitor and report changes to the supervising nurse
• provide companionship and emotional support
• follow the RN/clinical team’s individualized care plan
• document care and comply with company policies and state regulations.
