What you'll do

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with potential candidates
• conduct phone interviews and schedule and process onsite interviews
• track hiring activity in company systems
• assist with recruiting processes and tools
• travel off-site to attract candidates through flyers, community networking, and job fairs
• support advertising channels, referral contests, and open houses
• assist with background checks and drug screens
• prepare recruitment reports
• maintain employment records and employee files
• update HR systems and timekeeping data
• stay current on employment laws.
