What you'll do

• Grow sales and profit margins on current and new business.
• Manage external sales and internal design teams.
• Handle strategic select accounts.
• Collaborate with production, customer service, estimating, purchasing, and design.
• Work with the General Manager to develop strategic growth plans.
• Supervise and assist the sales team in the field.
• Facilitate sales meetings and customer functions.
• Identify and train territory managers.
