• Own onboarding and installation projects from pre-installation through go-live
• configure and deploy hardware, software, EMV, and third-party integrations
• advise on network setup, cabling, and infrastructure
• troubleshoot complex issues remotely and onsite
• act as an escalation point for high-impact incidents
• build customer relationships and communicate throughout projects
• ensure systems meet performance and readiness standards
• improve installation processes and documentation
• coach and train Installation Specialists.
