What you'll do

• Provide responsive service to existing State Farm customers
• assist with policy questions, changes, billing inquiries, and other service needs
• process policy updates and maintain accurate customer information
• assist the sales lead with follow-up, quotes, and sales activities
• identify and refer or assist with sales opportunities
• explain coverage and insurance options
• maintain organized records and handle service requests accurately and promptly.
