Surgical Scheduler

It also supports provider efficiency by maintaining schedules and preparing complete surgical packets.

What you'll do

• Schedule inpatient and outpatient procedures with physicians, hospitals, surgery centers, and anesthesia departments
• coordinate first assists, equipment, implants, and vendor needs
• verify insurance and obtain prior authorizations
• coordinate patient preparation, pre-operative testing, and follow-up appointments
• maintain surgical documentation and provider calendars in eClinicalWorks.
