What you'll do

• Conduct facility visits and evaluate operations
• supervise, coordinate, and evaluate facility managers and supervisors
• manage budgets, P&L, purchasing, and cost-effective operations
• communicate and implement client contract requirements
• ensure compliance with dietary safety, sanitation, infection control, workplace safety, and regulations
• support payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and employee administration
• partner with internal teams and facility leadership.
