Electrical Project Manager

The Electrical Project Manager is an onsite role based in Richardson, TX, with a salary range of $100,000–$150,000 per year. This position supports the commercial and industrial electrical construction division of Ascension Property Services (APS). The role is responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects from initial planning through final completion. The manager ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high standards for safety and quality.

What you'll do

• Manage multiple electrical construction projects simultaneously
• oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and financial performance
• estimate and manage change orders
• attend project meetings and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and field teams
• review project drawings and provide layout/design support
• visit job sites regularly to monitor progress and ensure quality and safety standards
• build and maintain strong client relationships
• support business development efforts
• ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, NFPA standards, and company policies.
