The Recruiter role is onsite in Land O’ Lakes, FL, Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Compensation is not specified. The recruiter reports to the Director of Strategic Workforce Management at Gulfside Healthcare Services. The recruiter manages full-cycle talent acquisition to source and assess candidates and fill organizational vacancies in a timely manner. The role partners with hiring managers, Human Resources, and Community Relations to support workforce needs and recruitment goals.

- Manage full-cycle recruitment
- build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- maintain accurate job postings and descriptions
- source applicants through community, education, agency, media, and online channels
- conduct intake and candidate interviews
- assess applicants
- coordinate interviews
- prepare offer letters
- and provide onboarding information.
