What you'll do

• Respond to phone, email, website, walk-in, referral, and repeat-customer inquiries
• understand customer goals, budgets, and timelines
• recommend signage and visual communication solutions
• prepare routine quotes and estimates
• follow up on leads and opportunities
• keep customers updated through design, production, and installation
• coordinate with internal teams
• and maintain customer records and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
