What you'll do

• Lead HRIS configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and integrations
• evaluate and implement HR technology
• support recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance, timekeeping, production, and compliance processes
• maintain data accuracy and security
• develop workforce reports and insights
• troubleshoot with IT and vendors
• drive process improvement, training, adoption, and change management.
