What you'll do

• Provide swim instruction using the Goldfish Swim School curriculum
• enforce safety rules and regulations and make rescues or administer first aid when necessary
• evaluate student progress and complete paperwork
• communicate with parents or guardians about activities and skill development
• inspect pool areas before and after classes and report maintenance, cleanliness, or damage issues
• maintain and store pool equipment and place or remove lane lines
• report incidents and complete documentation
• perform Deck Teacher duties as needed
• attend required workshops and in-service training outside regular working hours
• perform occasional light cleaning.

Why this role
