What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and motivate licensed insurance sales professionals
• monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve production and close rates
• conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews
• produce personal sales and engage customers
• provide quotes, recommend coverage, and close new business
• support agency compliance, customer service, recruiting, onboarding, and team development
• track metrics and identify performance improvements.
