What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate monthly young adult services and related events
• recruit, equip, and support Connect Group leaders and volunteers
• organize community-building events and the annual mission trip
• help bridge college and young adult ministries
• disciple young adults and provide encouragement, prayer, and appropriate pastoral care
• support ministry calendars, budgets, goals, and safe procedures.
