What you'll do

• Develop proposal plans by analyzing RFPs, creating outlines, and building compliance matrices
• collaborate on proposal strategy and messaging
• write and manage compliant proposals
• own assigned proposal volumes
• lead kickoff meetings and contributor check-ins
• coordinate content with engineering, finance, and legal
• manage templates and reusable content
• conduct quality reviews
• oversee final production and submission
• document lessons learned and recommend process improvements
• support travel as needed, approximately 10%.
