What you'll do

• Build and maintain financial forecasts, pro formas, budgets, and cash flows.
• Conduct financial, economic, demographic, and market research.
• Collect and track due diligence materials and critical dates.
• Assist with invoice processing, budget-to-actual monitoring, MUD reimbursables, and bond-sale documentation.
• Prepare summaries for land and builder contracts.
• Coordinate assigned development, utility, landscaping, hardscaping, and HOA-related work.
