What you'll do

• Coordinate with procurement, accounting, and legal
• create and manage quotations
• draft contracts and PUMIs
• prepare PUMIs for server and disk upgrades, decommissions, and intercompany contracts
• serve as the client contact for support and issue resolution
• prepare regular and ad hoc reports
• manage contract lifecycle and renewals
• monitor cloud-platform resource quotes and billing
• maintain customer contract and quote records in internal platforms.
