What you'll do

• Process and deposit donations and record them in QuickBooks
• generate and verify donor reports for payment batches and schedules
• review, approve, and process expense reports and reimbursements
• manage credit card transactions and assign charges to accounts
• create purchase orders and coordinate approvals for recurring expenses
• manage petty cash and monthly reconciliation
• track and allocate departmental expenses and copy charges
• support financial reporting and maintain donation records.
