The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager — Meadowood Mall role is onsite in Reno, NV, with pay of $19 per hour. Cherry Hill Programs creates holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families in partnership with retail locations and attractions. Working alongside the Local Manager, the assistant manager helps lead seasonal photo operations, develop the team, support sales and service, and deliver a memorable Santa visit and guest experience. The role also assists with setup, staffing, inventory, scheduling, and daily operations.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• and assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
