Part-Time Children’s Center Associate Teacher

The Part-Time Children’s Center Associate Teacher role is onsite in Exeter, NH, on weekday afternoons from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., mid-August through mid-June. Pay is $22 per hour. The role supports the children’s center at Phillips Exeter Academy. The associate teacher assists classroom teachers in creating a warm, caring environment and supports children’s safety, well-being, and cooperative behavior. The role includes supervising indoor and outdoor activities, assisting with classroom upkeep, responding to concerns with teachers and the Director, and following center protocols for diaper and clothing changes. The posting requires experience with infants through kindergarten-age children and at least nine credits in early childhood education or development.
