Job overview
The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst role is based in Carmel, IN, with work in a clinical environment and at offsite locations such as patients’ homes and schools; telecommuting is not available. The Clinical BCaBA develops behavior programs and plans, supervises their implementation, and monitors patient and team progress to keep programming relevant. The role collaborates with families and treatment teams and supervises technicians assigned to its caseload.
What you'll do
- Create and supervise implementation of programs
- develop individualized behavior support plans
- monitor implementation and provide feedback
- conduct functional assessments and analyses
- participate in assessments and meetings with parents, technicians, and treatment teams
- communicate programming information to parents
- complete documentation
- assist with staff training and technician scheduling
