Security Officer – Medical Campus Patrol

The Security Officer – Medical Campus Patrol role is onsite in Miami, FL, with pay of $18.54 per hour. The position supports security operations at a hospital facility in Kendall, Florida. What you'll do

• Conduct foot or vehicle patrols of hospital grounds
• document unusual conditions and safety hazards
• assist staff with de-escalation and restrain combative individuals as necessary within guidelines
• transport patients to the morgue as needed
• escort patients from the helicopter pad to the emergency room
• assist with evacuations
• monitor entrances and exits
• investigate incidents and maintain written logs.

Why this role

Flex officers cover PTO, vacation, and call-outs; shifts are not guaranteed and open availability for any day or shift, including weekends and holidays, is required. A TB test and certain vaccinations may be required for the healthcare facility assignment.
