The role connects field, shop, engineering, drafting, and management teams to keep commercial mechanical construction projects coordinated and progressing.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned projects
• attend estimating-to-operations turnover meetings
• conduct project kickoffs and specification, scope, and detail reviews
• coordinate with drafting, project engineers, fabrication shop, and subcontractors/vendors
• manage change proposals, submittals, billings, collections, schedules, job-site progress, shop production, safety, and quality
• coordinate purchasing, material and equipment releases, BIM schedules, invoices, RFIs, project closeout documents, and project meetings
• mentor and train Project Engineers.

Why this role

Commercial HVAC mechanical experience and a construction background are required. Three or more years of project-management experience is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture is preferred.
