Lead HVAC Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• handle refrigerant recovery, charging, and leak detection in compliance with EPA regulations
• run seasonal preventive maintenance
• mentor and train technicians
• oversee make-readies and summer turn
• support general repairs
• prioritize and close work orders
• coordinate schedules and larger repairs
• participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies.
