What you'll do

• Maintain knowledge of new and used motorcycles, brands, models, features, and competing products.
• Greet customers, understand their riding experience and needs, recommend suitable motorcycles and products, complete sales paperwork, maintain CRM records, and follow up with prospects and purchasers.
• Keep the showroom and customer areas organized, coordinate deliveries with service staff, and explain motorcycle operation and dealership support to buyers.
